The Role:
The Best Jobs is looking for a skilled Club Operations Assistant to collaborate closely with our current management team. The ideal candidate will comprehend the club's goals and challenges, working both independently and as part of a cohesive unit.

Key Responsibilities:


• Preparing the venue for daily operations

• Handling incoming communications during operational hours

• Addressing inquiries from members or guests, ensuring actions are documented for managerial review

• Maintaining staff schedules, including time tracking and leave management

• Ensuring adequate and knowledgeable staffing regarding product offerings and pricing

• Organizing bar staffing, maintaining cleanliness, and performing weekly maintenance

• Reconciling financial transactions daily in collaboration with management

• Assisting with inventory deliveries, verification, and storage as necessary

Requirements:


• Flexibility to accommodate the demands of club activities and events

• Strong customer service skills

• Innovative mindset with a proactive attitude

• Experience in staff management and training

• Background in bar operations, inventory, and cellar management

• Local residency is beneficial due to key holder responsibilities and occasional staff coverage
