About the Role

We are seeking a warm and welcoming Front of House Assistant to join our team at Bannatyne Health Club. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating a seamless experience for them. Your excellent communication skills and ability to multitask will be essential in ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  2. Deal with emails, phone calls, and face-to-face queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and light snacks efficiently (if your site has a cafe bar).
  4. Manage spa bookings and appointments, ensuring a smooth scheduling process.
  5. Handle guest inquiries, providing information about spa services, treatments, and products.
  6. Process payments and manage the reception area efficiently.
  7. Assist with the promotion of spa services, special offers, and retail products.
  8. Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and inviting at all times.
  9. Coordinate with Spa Therapists and other staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  10. Ensure all visitors to the site are logged correctly, including contractors and guest passes.
Requirements

We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a genuine passion for health, wellness, and customer service. Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities are also essential. The ability to establish rapport, build trust, and demonstrate credibility is crucial in this role.

It would be desirable if you had proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Proficiency in using booking systems and basic computer skills would also be beneficial.
