As our organization continues to expand, we are looking to enhance our finance department with an additional Finance Administrator.


Key Responsibilities - Finance Administrator:

  • Manage the processing of vendor invoices, establish new vendor accounts, and ensure the accuracy of existing account information within the accounts payable system.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations of vendor statements.
  • Reconcile vendor/client statements with our accounting software and facilitate payments.
  • Oversee payroll functions.
  • Support credit control, payment requests, and final account reconciliations.
  • Perform various ad hoc tasks as required.

Personal Profile - Finance Administrator:

  • Experience in bookkeeping.
  • Background in an accounting position.
  • Proficient in IT, with familiarity in software applications such as Excel, Sage, and BACS.
  • Currently pursuing AAT qualifications or already AAT certified.
