Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Systems and People Data Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective use of our HR systems, including data analysis, reporting, and system maintenance. Your expertise will be crucial in helping us maximize the functionality of our new HR system and ensuring people data is at the heart of our decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. HR System Maintenance
  • Perform regular audits to maintain data integrity and ensure HR system security management.
  • Ensure the HR System adheres to GDPR requirements and best practices.
System Support and Training
  • Provide first and second-line support for system issues, escalating as needed.
  • Offer advice, guidance, and training on HR systems to users.
Relationship Management
  • Manage relationships with software suppliers, addressing issues and holding them accountable.
HR System Development and Improvement
  • Lead HR system upgrades, development, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with ICT and Finance to align HR systems with overall strategy.
Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Provide expertise in HR reporting and data analysis, supporting data-driven decisions.
  • Support HR organisational development projects with data and systems management.
Project Management
  • Assist in project management, including planning and staff communication.

Requirements

  1. Experience with HR systems, especially iTrent, is essential.
  2. Proficient in data analysis with advanced Excel skills.
  3. Strong understanding and practical application of Data Protection and GDPR in HR.
  4. Solutions-oriented, organised, and methodical in project management.
  5. Committed to continuous improvement, working autonomously with accountability.
  6. Flexibility to work across various HR disciplines is key.
