HR Systems and Data Analyst

Frazer Jones is partnering with a UK property business to find a talented HR Systems and Data Analyst to support their Oracle HRIS implementation and provide reporting and insights to the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management of the HR Systems (Oracle)
  • Implement the new HRIS, liaising with the Parent company, vendors, and project managing
  • Ensure effective data capture and management
  • Provide HR reporting and insights through analytics, identifying trends and presenting to stakeholders
  • Use data visualisation tools such as PowerBI and regular use of Excel
  • Support HR projects such as data cleanses and audits
  • Streamline and automate processes where appropriate
  • Ensure compliance and governance
Requirements:
  • Experienced HR Systems/Business Analyst with Oracle experience
  • Effective reporting and analytics skills
  • Skilled user of Excel and reporting tools such as PowerBI
  • Ability to give examples of improving processes, ensuring effective data management, and delivering on projects
  • Contributed to a HR system implementation previously
What We Offer:

A competitive salary of up to £50,000 and the opportunity to contribute to a significant implementation project where you can play an integral role across all systems, data, and reporting matters.
