Job Title: Autism Support Assistant - Unqualified

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Autism Support Assistant - Unqualified to join our team at EdEx. As a key member of our inclusion team, you will provide support for pupils across EYFS, KS1 & KS2 with ASD requirements.

About the Role:
  • Provide high-quality support for pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Use your creativity and imagination to develop engaging activities and programs
  • Work collaboratively with specialist teachers, therapists, and inclusion staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Passion for education and creating an inspirational environment for all pupils to flourish
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school setting
  • Creative and confident to use your innovation to create fun and exciting activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for supporting those with Special Educational Needs
