Service Advisor Opportunity

We are working with a leading car dealership to find an experienced Service Advisor to join their team. Our client is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and is looking for someone who shares this vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional and courteous service to customers, ensuring they are aware of the necessary service and repair work for their vehicles.
  • Advise customers on timescales and collection arrangements, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Produce job cards on the in-house computer system, documenting all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience working as a Service Advisor.
  • Full driving license.
What We Offer:
  • OTE circa £30,000 (depending on experience).
  • Pension scheme.
  • Employee benefits package.
  • After 3 years' service, an additional 3 days' holiday.
