About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stage Manager to join our team at Butlin's. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our day and evening entertainments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the technical team to deliver high-quality shows and events.
  • Create and provide detailed show reports to inform future productions.
  • Develop and implement stage plans and schedules to ensure efficient technical support.
  • Liaise with production and entertainment leadership teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Act as security personnel to safeguard equipment and performers.
  • Ensure the correct storage and regular maintenance of scenery and scenic properties.
  • Adhere to and implement health and safety procedures.
  • Deliver consistently high-quality shows and events.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven experience in the entertainments industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of stage management and leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of technical procedures and systems.
  • Experience of managing a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work to deadlines and use initiative.
  • Creative skills and a passion for delivering exceptional product and service.
