Job Opportunity

We are seeking a charismatic and experienced Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at Armani Outlet in Bicester Village. As a Sales Associate, you will have the unique opportunity to showcase our extraordinary collections while providing an exceptional shopping experience to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet personal targets and support the management team in achieving department and store targets using company tools and resources.
  • Understand and implement training given via the company logbook to maximise sales and provide excellent customer service.
  • Create and maintain a high-energy environment in the store to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships to drive sales and increase client retention.
  • Participate in training sessions and undertake any training proposed by the company to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience in retail with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Approachable and well-presented with excellent communication skills.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and understanding trends, fashion, and styling.
  • Flexible with working patterns and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
