Role Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Manager, Technical, to spearhead the development and continuous enhancement of AI-driven features that personalize Amazon's search functionalities. This role involves owning the vision and execution of features such as Autocomplete, Filtering, and Search Results, ensuring they align with customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will:
- Define and lead the strategy for personalized search experiences that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, UX design, and business stakeholders, to create and implement a comprehensive product roadmap.
- Make informed prioritization decisions, balancing customer requirements with technical feasibility.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of personalized search features and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to uncover opportunities for innovation in personalization.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, presenting product strategies and updates to senior leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree.
- Over 5 years of experience in product management with a focus on end-to-end delivery.
- Proven experience in developing and executing product roadmaps.
- Strong technical acumen and experience in product management or engineering.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional qualifications that would be advantageous include:
- A Master's degree.
- Experience in information retrieval, search technologies, and machine learning models.
- A successful track record of building trusted brands in an eCommerce setting.
