Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Monitor audience behavior, ensuring the safety and security of all patrons.
  • Maximize sales of concessions and merchandise, handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Check tickets quickly and accurately, verifying details and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Provide information on upcoming shows and events, promoting our venue and its offerings.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and hygienic environment, adhering to Covid-19 guidelines and protocols.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and patrons.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a willingness to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and to be available for bank holidays.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK and possession of relevant documentation.
