We are a dynamic accountancy practice, Cloudit Bookkeeping Ltd, seeking a skilled Accounting Officer Credit Management Specialist to join our Corporate Client accounts payable team. Our office is located in a convenient location, and we offer a hybrid office/home working option.
As an Accounting Officer Credit Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing purchase ledger and staff expenses in Xero software from start of data entry to payment processing and bank reconciliation. You will work closely with our team to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing purchase ledger and staff expenses in Xero software
- Processing payments and reconciling bank statements
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions
- Working closely with the team to resolve any financial discrepancies
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent English communication skills, both written and oral. You should have good knowledge of Xero software, ICB/AAT qualifications at level 2 or higher, and good Excel skills.
