We are a key partner to Morrisons Supermarkets, providing security services to their stores. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Security Officer to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
- Provide a visible deterrent within the store.
- Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
- Work as part of a team to fulfill customer requirements.
- Deal with any difficult situations that arise in a safe and professional manner.
**Requirements**
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgment, and a keen eye for detail.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
- A valid SIA Licence or have applied for one.
- A full five-year checkable employment history.
