Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Slots Director to join our team, responsible for leading the development and implementation of our slot machine and e-table offerings. As a key member of our gaming operations team, you will work closely with commercial and operations teams to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow and develop our slots offering, leveraging commercial acumen and technical expertise to drive business results.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver new gaming products, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform product development and optimize customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers and internal teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of projects.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication and engagement plans to ensure successful product launches and customer adoption.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in managing large estates of slots, with a strong commercial acumen and technical understanding of gaming products.
  • Proven project management skills, with a history of successful delivery and ability to translate diverse requirements into actionable plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to monitor KPIs and adapt product offerings to drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
