Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Slots Director to join our team, responsible for leading the development and implementation of our slot machine and e-table offerings. As a key member of our gaming operations team, you will work closely with commercial and operations teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow and develop our slots offering, leveraging commercial acumen and technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new products and services, driving customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and optimize product performance.
  • Partner with marketing teams to develop promotional plans that effectively highlight our slots product, driving customer acquisition and retention.
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of products and services that meet our quality and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in managing large estates of slots, with a strong commercial acumen and technical understanding of the product and customer.
  • Proven project management skills, with a history of successful delivery and ability to translate diverse requirements into a planned delivery schedule.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster trust and cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
