Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead and motivate our site team, supervise direct labor, and coordinate trades and subcontractors to ensure efficient operations and adherence to the construction program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Leadership: Lead and motivate the site team to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Supervision and Mentoring: Supervise and mentor site team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Cost Management: Adopt and maintain cost-conscious management practices to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
  • Program Management: Prepare, review, and update realistic scheme programs to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Method Statement and Risk Assessment: Prepare, review, brief, and update method statements and risk assessments to ensure site activities are safe and compliant.
  • Project Planning: Ensure projects are properly planned, programmed, and resourced to achieve safe, profitable, and timely delivery.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare monthly progress project reports and ensure method statements, risk assessments, and approval documents are in place for all site activities.
  • Contractual Compliance: Ensure thorough understanding and adherence to all contractual requirements.
  • Subcontractor and Material Management: Manage subcontractors and materials to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Industry Experience: Strong background of working within the build industry.
  • CSCS Site Manager Qualified: Hold a valid CSCS site manager qualification.
  • First Aid: Possess a valid first aid certification.
  • Valid Full UK Driving Licence: Hold a valid full UK driving license.
