Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Analyst to join our team at Locke & McCloud. As a Cyber Security Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our clients' IT systems worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Threat Detection and Response: Research and document vulnerabilities and risks to IT-related systems, and develop strategies to mitigate and respond to potential threats.
  • Compliance and Governance: Monitor and report on the organisation's compliance with security policies to the Security leadership, and ensure that all security policies and procedures are up-to-date and effective.
  • Incident Management: Act as the primary contact for all issues escalated to the Global Security Team through the ticketing system, and lead the response to all information security incidents within the organisation's environment.
  • Security Architecture and Engineering: Support the security of the architecture and contribute to enhancing overall security infrastructure, and assist in planning for Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to identify and address security risks, and provide technical guidance and support to colleagues as needed.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Good knowledge of ISO 27001, technical understanding of firewalls, and experience in Microsoft Office products.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work in a diverse team environment, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintains confidentiality and exercises discretion at all times.
