About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd in Burnham. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for introducing customers to the world of independent living and providing them with the best advice on their purchase of an apartment and the lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building strong relationships with customers to ensure a hassle-free and positive experience from enquiry to move-in day.
  • Proactively contacting customers who have shown an interest in knowing more about our developments and providing them with the best advice on their purchase.
  • Based on site from the Welcome Centre, you will have responsibility for the achievement of sales targets and budgeted selling prices for your development.
  • As the development takes shape, you will have the opportunity to show customers apartments and provide them with a show home centre that has everything at their fingertips.

About You:

We are looking for a talented Sales Executive who has previous new homes sales experience, preferably in the retirement market. You will need to have excellent customer relationship skills and a determination to succeed. You will also need to be happy working independently and have a proactive approach to sales and marketing.
