This role presents an exciting opportunity to become a key member of our expanding commercial operations team as a Commercial Operations Manager, focusing on the execution of Hard FM and Associated Services.
This position encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, overseeing various infrastructure initiatives, which will provide ample opportunity for professional growth and contribute to the overall success of KBS Maritime Ltd.
In this capacity, you will be tasked with developing, negotiating, and overseeing commercial proposals for infrastructure initiatives, while offering commercial insights and expertise to colleagues and project teams to ensure compliance with contractual commitments.
Additionally, the Commercial Operations Manager will be accountable for monitoring contract performance, ensuring that project milestones align with the commercial proposals, tracking contractual KPIs, and leading discussions regarding any relief events.
You will serve as a trusted business advisor, guiding and managing relevant delivery partners by fostering and maintaining strong working relationships with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
Proven experience in a similar commercial capacity is essential, along with extensive knowledge of UK Defence industry Terms & Conditions. Experience in managing infrastructure projects is advantageous, complemented by strong commercial insight and financial literacy.
Ideally, you will be committed to supporting all outputs and disciplines to achieve KBS Maritime Ltd projects and demonstrate a collaborative spirit to meet customer requirements and drive business outcomes.
As a Commercial Operations Manager, you will be well-organized and possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to influence, write reports, and deliver presentations.
By remaining adaptable to a dynamic environment, you will adopt a customer-focused 'can do' approach within the team, ensuring that client needs are prioritized.
