Step Teachers is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic MFL Teacher to join our team at a secondary school in Suffolk. As a passionate educator, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to students at various levels, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for languages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to support their development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources.
- Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities and language-related events within the school community.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in a related field.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for languages and culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Experience teaching Modern Foreign Languages at a KS3 and KS4 level.
