The Role: Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a talented Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in designing, building, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure to ensure the seamless operation of our messaging systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, migrate, and maintain cloud infrastructure for robust messaging platforms.
  • Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for software deployment.
  • Optimize system performance and ensure scalability to meet growing demands.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate effectively with development and operations teams to ensure smooth infrastructure operation.
  • Implement industry-best security practices to protect our systems and data.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in cloud technologies, particularly Azure.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools for automation and management.
  • Strong skills in implementing CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies and orchestration frameworks (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with configuration management tools to ensure consistency and reliability.
  • Ability to script and automate tasks for increased efficiency.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and log management tools for system health and troubleshooting.
  • Solid understanding of networking principles and security best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
