A seasoned Finance Manager is sought to oversee financial operations within the FMCG industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, forecasting revenue, preparing financial reports, and ensuring legal compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Profit and Loss (P&L) Ownership**: End-to-end performance management of the commercial team, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • **Financial Forecasting and Risk Analysis**: Conduct thorough assessments to inform business decisions and mitigate potential risks.
  • **Performance Reviews**: Lead regular reviews with senior stakeholders to discuss cost performance, strategic initiative delivery, and overall P&L performance.
  • **Financial Reporting**: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • **Budgeting and Financial Planning**: Develop and implement budgets and financial plans to drive business growth.
  • **Financial Analysis**: Analyze financial data to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  • **Collaboration**: Work closely with the accounting team to review financial information and forecasts.
  • **Financial Advice**: Provide expert financial guidance to the management team.

**Requirements**

  • **Accounting Expertise**: Hands-on experience with core accounting systems, such as MS Dynamics.
  • **Professional Qualifications**: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or equivalent experience.
  • **Financial Regulations**: Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
  • **Analytical and Strategic Skills**: Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
  • **Leadership and Team Management**: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • **Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • **Professionalism and Ethics**: High level of professionalism and ethical standards, with a commitment to integrity and transparency.
