Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to ensure the long-term financial health and sustainability of the organization.
- Cash Management: Oversee the management of cash flow, including daily cash analysis, cash flow projections, and cash flow statements.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to the CEO, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders, including monthly financial statements and annual audited financial reports.
- Tax Compliance: Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, including compliance with all tax filing requirements.
- Financial Audits: Oversee and ensure the completion of all required financial audits, including investigating findings and recommendations and implementing appropriate measures to respond to any findings.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, and/or MBA, and/or CMA preferred.
- Experience: 5 years of financial leadership and supervisory experience required, preferably in a human service setting.
- Skills: Strong financial planning and analysis skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
