Job Title: Welder Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled Welder Fabricator to join our team at Core Staffing Solutions.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling steel frames, doors, and panel variants to detailed project drawings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use due care and attention to detail to weld, fabricate, and assemble steel components and sub-assembly parts.
  • Undertake the welding, fabrication, and assembly process for steel components and sub-assembly parts used for standard stock requirements.
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and integrity of the weld and fabrication process through all stages.
  • Be proactive in highlighting and recording any possible issues, problems, or variances during the weld and fabrication process.
  • Contribute to the company's ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all working practices and operation of machinery are conducted within the appropriate company or legislative Health & Safety guidelines.
Requirements
  • Proficient in welding techniques.
  • Experience in fabricating metal components.
  • Ability to work with a variety of hand and power tools.
  • Understanding of basic Health & Safety guidelines.
