Offshore Hook-Up Commissioning Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Offshore Hook-Up Commissioning Service Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our offshore construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of offshore hook-up and commissioning activities for new installations and modifications to existing facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams, resolving any technical issues that arise.
- Ensure all hook-up activities are completed in accordance with engineering designs, specifications, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to review and approve construction plans and modifications.
- Conduct safety and quality audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring all expenditures are within approved limits.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in project management or offshore construction (e.g., PMP, API, or similar) are advantageous.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in offshore construction, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing offshore hook-up and commissioning projects.
