Job Title: Hook-Up Commissioning Service Delivery Manager

Our client, a leading offshore energy company, is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Hook-Up Commissioning Service Delivery Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of offshore hook-up and commissioning activities for new installations and modifications to existing facilities.

This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and an in-depth understanding of offshore construction processes to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams, resolving any technical issues that arise.
  • Ensure all hook-up activities are completed in accordance with engineering designs, specifications, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to review and approve construction plans and modifications.
  • Conduct safety and quality audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring all expenditures are within approved limits.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in project management or offshore construction (e.g., PMP, API, or similar) are advantageous.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in offshore construction, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing offshore hook-up and commissioning projects.
