About the Role

Morson Talent is collaborating with a leading client to fill the position of Asset Integration Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement integration strategies and through-life management plans for site and infrastructure projects.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including project teams and end-user teams, to ensure seamless integration.
  • Support the integration of new assets and infrastructure into business management systems.
  • Implement post-handover asset management arrangements and develop maintenance and spares strategies.
  • Produce and validate working-level instructions and implement asset hierarchies.
  • Support operability and maintainability reviews and contribute to the development of operations, maintenance, and asset management strategies.
Safety and Compliance

The role holder is responsible for maintaining high standards of safety, health, and environment (SHE) in the organization. This includes:

  • Cooperating with and following all reasonable instructions, information, and training.
  • Reporting work-related hazards or incidents.
  • Using equipment for its intended purpose.
  • Setting high standards for SHE and leading by example.
  • Promoting risk awareness and ensuring risks are assessed and adequately controlled.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Theoretical knowledge to support the compliant setting to work of new technologies.
  • Knowledge of operational and/or maintenance principles.
  • Successful application of knowledge required to set to work innovative products and services.
  • Knowledge of asset management principles and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Effective interpersonal skills in communicating technical matters.
  • Experience working within or exposure to asset integration, pre-operations, or project transitions.
Desirable Qualifications

A degree qualification in a STEM subject is desirable.
