Job Title: Asset Manager

Morson Talent is collaborating with a leading client in the Barrow area to fill the following position.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team tasked with integrating significant infrastructure expansion into the business. As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for delivering asset integration and pre-operational activities for site and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement integration strategies and through-life management plans
  • Liaise with key stakeholders within the project and end-user teams
  • Support the integration of new assets and infrastructure into site business management systems
  • Implement post-handover asset management arrangements
  • Derive and implement maintenance and spares strategies
  • Produce and validate working-level instructions
  • Develop and implement asset hierarchies
  • Support operability and maintainability reviews
  • Develop operations, maintenance, and asset management strategies
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of asset management principles and regulatory compliance requirements. They will also possess effective interpersonal skills in communicating technical matters and experience working within or exposure to asset integration, pre-operations, or project transitions.
