Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient and accurate administration of local new hire, on-boarding and off-boarding processes, and report correctly to external partners.
  • Act as the first point of contact in the people function to provide confidential local support to employees and managers.
  • Carry out payroll process administration and provide wider benefits information to employees.
  • Ensure all people forms, processes and online filing are updated and GDPR compliant.
  • Owning the local master data accuracy and archiving according to relevant compliance.
  • Maintain all local people systems to ensure integrity and accuracy of the information.
  • Participate in global and local People Services projects and initiatives driving streamlined and digitalized people processes.
