Assisting individuals with complex needs can be a fulfilling profession.

We are seeking dedicated Support Care Specialists who possess a keen interest in working with individuals facing challenging behaviors and complex requirements, and who are eager to advance their careers in the field of Adult Learning Disabilities.

With a solid grasp of effectively managing challenging behaviors, the ability to showcase a person-centered approach to care delivery, and a calm demeanor combined with an encouraging attitude towards the individuals you support, we can provide you with long-term assignments as a Support Care Specialist.

Requirements:

  • A valid DBS (preferably registered with the online service checker).
  • A Care qualification or Care Certificate along with a minimum of 6 months of experience in the UK care sector.
  • Availability to work full-time across various shift patterns, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, and weekends.
  • Up-to-date Mandatory Care Training or willingness to complete this training prior to assignment placement; we can assist with your training needs if necessary.
  • Experience in supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Complex needs, and Challenging behaviors.

If you do not possess a Care qualification or Care Certificate, we may still be able to assist you.

Having a DBS registered with the online update service can expedite your placement.
