Nursery Room Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our team at a unique setting near Ringwood, Hampshire. This beautiful setting provides a safe and nurturing environment where children can grow and develop physically and emotionally, preparing them for school and future success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate Strong Relationships: Develop effective communication with parents and guardians, providing regular updates and organized events to foster a sense of community.
  • Leadership Role: Assume a leadership position within a dedicated room, guiding and inspiring a team of practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare and education.
  • Curriculum Development: Develop and implement a stimulating and innovative curriculum, ensuring alignment with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and promoting a love for learning.
  • Team Support: Support and mentor team members, providing constructive feedback and facilitating continuous professional development to enhance individual and collective skills.
  • Quality Assurance: Take responsibility for the overall quality of care within the designated room, conducting regular assessments and implementing improvements.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 Early Years Childcare recognized qualification.
  • Experience: Significant experience in an early years setting, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership Abilities: Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve outstanding outcomes for children.
