Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Associate to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales efforts, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely updates on orders and shipments.
    • Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and suppliers to resolve issues and meet customer needs.
  • Sales Support
    • Assist sales teams with loading and managing sales orders in our CRM system.
    • Prepare and provide quotes to customers as required.
    • Support demo kit requests and orders.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Liaise with supply chain and manufacturers to resolve stock queries.
    • Participate in product training and stay up-to-date with new products.
    • Attend customer meetings as required.

Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to have a clean driving license and own car due to the rural location of our offices.
