About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled customer service, administration, or sales professional to join a rapidly growing company in the IT industry.

As a Sales Support Executive, you will play a key role in supporting and assisting the Account Managers to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle all aspects of customer interactions
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Load and manage sales orders within the CRM system
  • Ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time
  • Respond to customer inquiries and internal communications when Account Managers are unavailable
  • Prepare and provide quotes to customers as required
  • Assist with Demo Kit requests and orders
  • Liaise with supply chain and manufacturers for stock queries
  • Participate in product training and stay up-to-date with new products
  • Attend customer meetings as needed
Requirements
  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, or sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to listen and articulate effectively
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
