Clinical Development Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Development Nurse to join our team at Indianitcompanies. As a Clinical Development Nurse, you will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating all clinical aspects of care, working closely with our management team to ensure the delivery of person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all clinical aspects of care
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure the delivery of person-centred care
  • Support with clinical audits and conducting investigations
  • Provide evidence-based recommendations for service improvements
  • Deliver training and education as required in both a formal and informal setting aligned with clinical education strategy and competency framework

Requirements:

  • Be a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
  • Have working knowledge of the new CQC Single Assessment Framework Quality Statements
  • Demonstrate evidence of professional development
  • Have excellent clinical skills and experience working with complex care patients
