Mechanical Design Engineer Job Description

Premier Engineering is seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team in Ripon. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing engineering documents and 3D designs using CAD software.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work collaboratively with the engineering team to produce high-quality designs and documents.
  2. Develop and maintain 3D CAD models and engineering drawings.
  3. Liaise with colleagues to ensure seamless project execution.
  4. Generate Bills of Materials (BOMs) for associated designs.
Requirements:
  1. Engineering qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or similar.
  2. Excellent 3D CAD skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes.
  3. Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
  4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
