Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team in recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and other HR-related events
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, recruitment processes, and benefits administration
- Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or recruitment administration
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
