Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to reduce our environmental footprint, including reducing carbon emissions, energy consumption, and waste.
- Promote social responsibility within the organization and engage with stakeholders to support diversity and ethical practices within our supply chain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable practices and processes.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues on sustainability-related matters and develop training programs to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- At least 3+ years of experience in a sustainability or ESG role, preferably in an industrial, construction, or technical environment.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing sustainability initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
