Job Title: Assistant Site Manager

Main Purpose: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our East Midlands region, at our Foxlow Fields development in Buxton. The successful candidate will assist the Site Manager and the rest of the site team to manage the building project in accordance with agreed timescales, quality, and cost.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Site Manager in managing the building project, ensuring plots are completed to a standard finish that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Take care of your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by your work, adhering to the Keepmoat Health, Safety, and Sustainability standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the best customer experience.
  • Problem-solve to ensure the expected fit and finish of all new homes on the site.

Requirements:

  • Up-to-date relevant knowledge of building and health and safety legislation.
  • Previous experience gained through working in site management in a similar role.
  • Essential qualifications: 5 GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above, along with industry requirements.
  • Desirable qualification: Level 4 in Construction Management.
