We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Agent to join our team at 55 by Le Mirage. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular security checks to ensure the safety and security of our guests and staff.
  • Check guests in and out, and assist with luggage as needed.
  • Serve light snacks to our guests, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Ensure all revenue is accurately recorded and securely stored.
  • Verify the accuracy of cash takings and complete banking procedures according to established protocols.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of the local area, including its history, attractions, and events.
  • Respond to early morning calls and complete tasks to the highest standards.
  • Prepare and serve breakfast to our guests, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Clean and maintain public areas, including removing trays and ensuring the corridors are free from clutter.
  • Participate in relevant training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed, supporting the team to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel environment.
