About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Air Freight Export Specialist to join our team at Willis Global Ltd, a leading Recruitment Consultancy for the Supply Chain & Logistics industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of air freight forwarding export operations, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage air export freight forwarding operations from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of shipments.
  • Arrange collection, bookings, cutting AWB's, customs declarations, and other necessary documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with shippers, overseas agents, and airlines to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including shipment updates and general support.
  • Book transportation and ensure accurate and timely delivery of shipments.
  • Ensure post-flights are completed the next working day and accruals are loaded and files invoiced out.
  • Perform general office duties, including email management and housekeeping tasks.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in air freight export operations, with a focus on operations from start to finish.
  • Dangerous Goods Certified.
  • 5 years of continuous residency and work history in the UK.
