About The Role

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Maintenance Team Member to join our Butlin's team. As a key member of our Facilities department, you'll be responsible for carrying out general repair and maintenance tasks across our main resort.

Your duties will include working as part of a team to deliver an exceptional standard of work and service. You'll need to be flexible and willing to undertake additional training and roles as required.

We're looking for someone with practical hands-on experience in a maintenance role and the confidence to work on their own initiative when necessary. A driving license is also essential.

Formal qualifications in relevant courses are an advantage but not required. What's more important is your passion for high standards and your ability to thrive in a busy environment.

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality work and has a great attitude towards teamwork. You should be confident in your ability to work independently and have a flexible approach to work.

As a Maintenance Team Member, you'll be supporting with planned and reactive maintenance repairs across the resort. This requires the ability to act quickly and work within time constraints.
