Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team for a significant £5 million project in the South of England.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all financial aspects of the project.
  • Handle Extensions of Time (EOTs) applications and administer Liquidated Damages (LADs) to cover costs for project delays.
  • Issue and manage Variation Orders (VOs) for changes in the scope of work and conduct Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) to compare actual costs with budgeted costs.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to ensure a smooth transition and continued project success.
Ideal Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within High End Residential projects.
  • Strong knowledge of EOTs, LADs, VOs, and CVRs.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
