We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team for a significant £5 million project in Woking. This role involves a flexible work arrangement between site, office, and home, with a long-term pipeline of local work in the South of England.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee all financial aspects of the project.
- Handle Extensions of Time (EOTs) applications and administer Liquidated Damages (LADs) to cover costs for project delays.
- Issue and manage Variation Orders (VOs) for changes in the scope of work.
- Conduct Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) to compare actual costs with budgeted costs, identify discrepancies, and recommend adjustments.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to ensure a smooth transition and continued project success.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within High End Residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of EOTs, LADs, VOs, and CVRs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
