Job Title: Performance Management and Quality Assurance Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Skilled Careers. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality of our residential developments across Manchester, Liverpool, and Chester.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management plans to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure quality assurance processes are followed and best practices are adopted.
- Evaluate and select reliable vendors and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
- Provide training and guidance to construction teams on quality assurance processes and standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential quality risks through risk assessments and preventive measures.
- Manage documentation related to quality assurance activities, including records of inspections, test results, and quality assurance reports.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in a QA role in the construction industry, preferably with a residential developer or main contractor.
- Ability to produce quality management plans and enforce them.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of between £60,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus a package including car allowance, pension, healthcare, and 26+ days annual leave.
