A position has arisen for a full-time, Customer Service and Incident Advisor for a global brand in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The position is responsible for managing the order entry, cash process, and delivery of products to a range of commercial customers across the EMEA region, as well as dealing with technical emergencies and enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and efficient customer service, responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Manage customer orders from entry to billing, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Open, update, and manage tickets/cases in our system for each customer enquiry, liaising with other departments as necessary.
  • Respond effectively to queries relating to customer orders and deliveries, resolving customer complaints and queries, and raising credits and debits as required.

Working Hours:

  • Variable shifts, including early and late shifts, with a mix of office and remote working.

Requirements:

  • Fluent to a business proficiency, both written and spoken, in Polish.
  • Fluent to a business proficiency, both written and spoken, in one of the following languages: Italian, Spanish, German, Dutch, or French.
  • Experience in customer services, with a strong focus on problem-solving and communication.
