  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in accounting practices and month-end processes, leveraging total quality management tools.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of overheads and cost center data, prepare month-end journal entries, and perform comprehensive balance sheet account reconciliations.

Team Collaboration: Provide assistance to team members as required, including preparing reconciliations and fulfilling statutory filing obligations.

Compliance and Standards: Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Quality, Environmental Health and Safety directives.

Ideal Candidate Profile: The successful candidate will possess:

  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA or ACA.
  • A robust academic background coupled with solid technical financial expertise.
  • The ability to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Previous experience in an accounting setting.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other financial systems.
  • Capability to mentor and guide others in technical accounting matters.
