Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Greater Manchester Mental Health. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality psychological services to our patients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver effective care.
About the Role:- Provide specialist psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention to patients across the full range of care settings, including outpatient, community, primary care, and inpatient settings.
- Work with a wide variety of client groups, across the whole life course, presenting problems that reflect the full range of clinical severity.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working collaboratively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of trauma-informed care pathways, working closely with our multidisciplinary team.
- Provide consultation and training to other professional groups, promoting best practice in working with adults.

Requirements:- Postgraduate doctoral level training in clinical psychology, as accredited by the British Psychological Society.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council as a Practising Psychologist.
- Experience of working with a wide variety of client groups, across the whole life course, presenting problems that reflect the full range of clinical severity.
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, complex, highly technical, and/or clinically sensitive information to clients, their families, carers, and other professional colleagues.
