About the Role

PepsiCo is seeking a highly skilled R&D Supervisor - Ingredient Spec Writer Lead to oversee a team of specification writers in updating and creating Europe Foods specifications for legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of a complex change program for Europe Foods technical data.
  • Align and deliver assigned specifications to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
  • Manage ingredient activities across the Sector, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and promote safe development practices.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in a Food, Science, or Engineering discipline.
  • Strong background in the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and program management skills.
  • Experience in project lifecycle management.
  • Global market experience.
