Solution Architect

We are seeking a skilled Solution Engineer to join our team at Jerrie's office in Chatham, UK.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and implementing innovative ICT solutions according to customer requirements.
As a key member of our European Solution Engineering team, you will work closely with our customers, Icomera teams, and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement innovative ICT solutions for customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Review installation designs and create configuration files
- Handover completed projects to service management and technical support staff
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong LAN/WAN networking capabilities
- Linux experience
- Fluent English spoken and written
- Degree in computer science or IT networks or background in IT network engineering
