  • Qualitative Research: Conduct both traditional and online qualitative research, gathering insights that inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Team Management: Oversee and mentor junior team members, guiding their professional growth and development.
  • Stakeholder Management: Deliver strategic insights to senior stakeholders, managing projects from inception to completion.

Requirements:

  • Behavioral Science Expertise: Familiarity with behavioral science frameworks, with a strong understanding of how to apply them in a business context.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen and proven industry experience, with a track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex research findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Consultancy Experience: Experience working in consultancy or agency environments, with a strong understanding of how to deliver high-quality research projects.
  • Qualifications: At least 5 years of commercial experience, with an extensive qualitative research background and proficiency in diverse methodologies.
